Further to the announcements made by Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("the Company") on 26 September 2017, 20 October 2017 and 10 November 2017, the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company wishes to announce the additional recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and trading nature ("RRPT") entered into between the Group and the related party, Borneo Edible Oils Sdn Bhd ("BEO").

The amount of the aforesaid additional RRPT has, by way of aggregation for the period from 7 November 2017 to 27 November 2017, exceeded 1 percent (“%”) of the net assets of the Group.

The cumulative aggregate ratio for the period from 14 August 2017 to 27 November 2017 is 4.88%.

The aforesaid RRPT had been included in Company’s Circular to shareholders for RRPT dated 27 October 2017 seeking a general mandate from its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting which will be held on 29 November 2017.
