The Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("JTH" or "the Company") wishes to announce that JTH would be seeking its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming fifty-second Annual General Meeting ("AGM"): - (1) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Authority for the Company to purchase its own shares ("Proposed Share Buy-Back"); and (2) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate"). A Circular setting out details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate as well as the Notice of the AGM will be circulated to the Shareholders of the Company in due course.
