Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad (the "Company") is pleased to attach its Press Release dated 22 March 2012 in relation to the signing of the agreements on the Biogas CDM Porject by its wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely Hariyama Sdn Bhd, Maxiwealth Holdings Sdn Bhd and Maujaya Sdn Bhd.

The Board of Directors wishes to inform that none of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the contract.
