| The Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad has approved the change of financial year end of the Company from the 30th April to 30th June. The next financial period for the purpose of preparing the Company's audited financial statements by the Company's Auditors shall be for a period of fourteen (14) months from 1st May 2011 to 30th June 2012. The change of financial year end will apply to Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad and its subsidiaries. This announcement is dated 21 December 2011. |
