Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("JTH") wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT transacted with the following related party pursuant to the existing shareholder mandate obtained on 24 November 2016 has exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 28 October 2016 ("Circular"), by more than ten percent (10%).
