In connection with the Company's announcement dated 31 December 2015 on the captioned matter, the Board of Directors would like to inform that Wilmar Integrated Policy is a policy announced by Wilmar International on 5th December 2013.  The policy applies to all Wilmar operations worldwide and all third-party suppliers from whom Wilmar purchases or with whom Wilmar has a trading relationship.

Their core message is "no deforestation, no development on peat land and no exploitation of people and local communities".  It is also to create a transparent sourcing network with full traceability.
