The Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("JTH" or "the Company") wishes to announce that JTH would be seeking its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") :- 1) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Authority for the Company to purchase its own shares ("Proposed Share Buy-Back") ; and 2) Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate For RRPT"). A Circular setting out details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate For RRPT as well as the Notice of the AGM will be circulated to the Shareholders of the Company in due course.
