The Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad has on 27 August 2014 recommended a first and final single-tier dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2014 for the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting. The entitlement and payment dates will be announced in due course.
