Further to the announcement made on 22 March 2012 with reference no. JT-120321-38145, the Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company had on 4 May 2012 distributed 13,346,969 treasury shares as share dividend to the shareholders whose names appeared in the Record of Depositors as at 10 April 2012.
