Description

Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("JTH") wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT transacted with the following related party pursuant to the existing shareholder mandate obtained on 28 November 2024 has exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 30 October 2024 ("Circular"), by more than ten percent (10%). Further details are set out in the table below.
