RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
Description Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the actual value of the RRPT transacted with Palm Biolab Sdn Bhd, a related party, pursuant to the existing shareholder mandate obtained on 30 November 2023 has exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 30 October 2023 ("Circular") by more than ten percent (10%). Further details are set out below.
