The Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has proposed to seek shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 63rd Annual General Meeting to be convened at at later date for the Proposed Renewal of the Existing Shareholders' Mandate and Mandate for New Recurrent Related Party Transactions ('the Proposal").

A Circular containing details of the Proposal will be made available on the Company's website at www.jayatiasa.net in due course.
