We refer to the Company's announcement dated 4 July 2023 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.
The Board wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent of the Share Sale Agreement have been fulfilled. Pursuant thereto, the Share Sale Agreement has become unconditional on 31 July 2023.
