The Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 4 July 2023 entered into a conditional Share Sale Agreement with Tiong Toh Siong Holdings Sdn Bhd, Tiong Toh Siong Enterprises Sdn Bhd and Knightbridge Venture Sdn Bhd to acquire 825,000 ordinary shares representing 55% equity interest in Wealth Houses Development Sdn Bhd for a cash consideration of RM52,250,000.
