The Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has proposed to seek shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 62nd Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("the Proposal").
