Further to the announcement made on 3 June 2004 (Ref: JT-040603-1CCB5), the Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce the completion of the Proposed Acquisition on 6 January 2005 with the obtaining of the approvals from the following:-.

(1). Foreign Investment Committee on the Proposed Acquisition by its letter dated 20 September 2004.

(2). Natural Resources and Environment Board, Sarawak on the Environment Impact Assessment Report for the establishment of oil palm estate on the land via its letter dated 17 December 2004 which was received on 6 January 2005.
