Further to the Company's announcement dated 20 June 2007 and 4 September 2007 on the declaration of Treasury Share Distribution and book closure date respectively, the Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad is pleased to advise that the Company has on 19 October 2007 credited the treasury shares into the respective CDS Accounts of the entitled shareholders.

A total of 12,713,743 treasury shares has been distributed to the entitled shareholders and the total number of shares still retained in treasury after the distribution is 15,538,457 units.
