The Board of Directors of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Berhad has declared a distribution of one (1) Treasury Share for every twenty (20) existing Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each held, on an entitlement date to be determined later. The Treasury Shares when distributed will not be entitled to the first and final dividend of 3% less 27% income tax recommended for the financial year ended 30 April 2007.
