The Board holds scheduled meetings regularly, with additional meetings convened as and when necessary.
The annual meeting calendar providing scheduled dates for meetings of the Board, Board Committees and
shareholders is prepared and circulated to the Directors at the beginning of each year so that the Directors
can plan accordingly and fit the year’s meetings into their respective schedules. The calendar also includes
closed period for dealings in Company’s shares by Directors and principal officers.
A total of five (5) Board of Directors Meetings were held in the financial year ended 30 June 2014. Details of

4.2 Directors’ Training
All the Directors had attended the Mandatory Accreditation Programme (MAP) and are encouraged to attend
continuous education programmes to update their skills and knowledge and to keep abreast with the latest
developments on a variety of areas relevant to the Group’s business.
